Is it possible not to smile when you look at Luella Bartley's clothes? Her fall collection makes me overjoyed that fashion exists. The yellow dress? Imagine showing up at a school dance as the fabulous girl in the funky ruffly yellow dress. The blazer and bowtie combo? Totally daring and sexy. And the black bowfront dress. One word: Audrey.
