I finally saw Amelie. The tape's been sitting there for months, but I haven't actually watched it. Let me just say that if you haven't yet seen it, you need to. It is the ultimate feel-good film. It is absolutley adorable. The colors are so cheery, and you get used to the subtitles. It's very funny. From the very beginning I was laughing out loud. Amelie (Audrey Tautou) is so sweet that I wanted her to be my best friend. And who doesn't love her haircut? All I have to say is, if you're in the mood for a movie that just makes you smile and gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside, rent Amelie.And may I just add how overjoyed I am that it's finally fall! I can smell it and feel it in the air. It's perfect!

Yes fall. Usually it's uber cold here in sweden at this time of year, but right now it's truly indian summer here. You can still run around in skirts. And still I can't wait 'til fall is here for real with it's vibrant colours and cold winds so you can hide in mile long scarfs and too big hats..
About the subtitles..welcome to every non english speaking country's world.
